The service was really great with well-appointed and comfortable rooms; however, I had to wait an hour for the safe to be fixed. The location is medium, great for the exhibition area, but not optimal for city center access without a private car. The dining experience was mediocre, not up to expectations for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the facilities were decent.

I must say, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were cozy and good looking, perfect for business trips, and very well equipped with three screens. They were big enough for us, which was a plus. However, the location required a 20-minute taxi ride to downtown Verona, which might not suit everyone's preferences.
